Counsellors
Counsellors are trained to assist people in working through their personal and emotional issues. They provide a safe and confidential environment in which clients can learn to work through their issues and develop strategies to address and resolve problems on their own. Our counsellors can assist with:
- individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy
- relationship counselling
- social and emotional skills workshops
- financial counselling
- rehabilitation counselling for people with a disability, health condition or social disadvantage
- school counselling
- veterans counselling
- counselling for children, teenagers and adults throughout the lifespan
- carers’ counselling
- anger management
- grief and loss
- alcohol or drug addiction
- dealing with eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia
- counselling for offenders and rehabilitation following time in prison
