Adeel Al Shorachi

Adeel is a an Occupational Therapy graduate and allied health assistant. He has experience in working with culturally and linguistically diverse adults.

Adeel adopts a client-centred approach with the individual and their families to improve daily functioning and to help them to achieve their goals.

Adeel is bilingual and speaks Arabic.

Alicia Chua
Alicia Chua is a registered Occupational Therapist with experience working with children and adults. She has experience working with individuals to:
  • increase independence in daily living tasks
  • upper limb therapy
  • developing motor skills,
  • social skills,
  • cognition skills
  • and emotional regulation

Alicia is a mobile therapist that can travel out to provide home visits, school therapy visits, and other centres as needed across Sydney, NSW. Alicia is also bilingual, having the ability to speak Mandarin fluently.

Dr Yaser Mohammad
Dr. Yaser Mohammad is a senior Occupational Therapist and Mental Health Nurse who will be working in both capacities at Mindwise.
Dr. Yaser has extensive experience providing functional assessments, therapeutic intervention and report writing for NDIS participants. He also works as a Mental Health Nurse at Bankstown Community Mental Health Services, and is a research assistant in mental health, at the School of Medicine, Western Sydney University.
Dr. Yaser is passionate about the field of Occupational Therapy and mental health counselling with culturally and linguistically diverse individuals. He also enjoys being able to transfer his vast array of skills to Occupational Therapy graduates and Occupational Therapy assistants / students.
Dr. Yaser is bilingual and speaks Arabic fluently.
Tracy Phan

Tracy is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from The University of Sydney in 2011. She has over 11 years of experience working with children of varying abilities and is passionate about helping children achieve independence with their daily activities.

Tracy has worked across different settings including private, government and educational sectors. She provides a holistic approach to therapy and strives to empower children and their families to become active participants in their therapy journey. Tracy has particular interests in helping children with their school skills (including fine motor and handwriting development), pretend play and sensory regulation.

She is committed to providing evidence-based intervention and has recently co-authored ‘Therapist perceptions of barriers to telehealth uptake in children’s occupational therapy’ which was published in The Australian Journal of Occupational Therapy in 2023.

Tracy is bilingual in both English and Vietnamese.
