Rayanah Kara-Ali is a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in psychology and a strong commitment to person-centred, culturally responsive care. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology degree, and brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Rayanah works with both children and adults, with particular expertise in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and those from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. She is passionate about creating inclusive, respectful behaviour support strategies that are meaningful and sustainable for each individual and their family.
Fluent in Arabic, Rayanah is well-equipped to support Arabic-speaking participants and families, offering a culturally sensitive lens to behaviour support planning. She is committed to empowering clients and their support networks through practical, strengths-based strategies that improve quality of life and promote independence.
Rayanah collaborates closely with participants, families, support workers, and educators to ensure consistent, goal-oriented care across environments.
