This FREE 5-week workshop is run on a regular basis and will focus on mindfulness interventions with the aim of reducing psychological distress in everyday life. Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life without worrying too much about the future or lingering too much in the past. It’s a way of taking charge of your life and working with your own stress, pain, illness, and the challenges and demands of everyday life.
